1 | What are our operational hours?

Yes Please: Open daily — 7pm onwards

Clubhouse: Open Tues, Thurs - Sat — 10pm onwards

Xylo: Open Wed - Sat — 11pm onwards

Revel: Open Wed - Sat — 11pm onwards

2 | How do I make a reservation?

3 | Are walk-ins allowed?

Yes, as long as there are tables available for occupancy. We highly recommend making a reservation.

4 | What are the accepted modes of payment?

Patrons can pay using cash, all major credit and debit cards, GCash, AliPay, and WeChatPay.

5 | Is there a dress code?

We invite our valued patrons to dress smartly and appropriately. Indecent or inappropriate attire will not be allowed at our door personnel’s discretion. In the interest of everyone’s safety. You will be politely asked to empty your pockets and courteously asked to search your bags.

Guests must wear upscale casual attire. Caps, rubber slippers, and big bags are not allowed. Sandos and shorts are not allowed for men.

We are a private establishment and we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone as deemed by the management.

6 | Identification guidelines

The Palace Manila and its establishments only accept guests who are 18 years old and above. All guests must bring a valid Gov’t ID (we ONLY honor: driver’s license, passport, SSS). DIGITAL COPIES FOR VALID IDs WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED, KINDLY PROVIDE EXACT PHYSICAL ID ONLY.

**Please forward the following reminders to all of your guests. Guests who cannot provide the requirements will not be allowed to enter the establishment.

7 | Holding period

Please arrive on time. We will be giving a 15-minute grace period for your reservation. Tables will automatically be released after the 15-minute grace period.

 

Please inform us should there be changes in your arrival.

8 | Additional Guests

Additional guests is subject to AVAILABILITY as allowed. Table capacity is strictly followed. Additional guests may not be accommodated and allowed entry should there be no slots available.

9 | Private event

Table allocation might change or be void due to a private reservation or exclusive event.
